About ODJA
Who we are
Respect, recognition and resources
In 2002, a group of Deputy Judges came together to form an association that would represent those who hold appointments as Deputy Judges of the Small Claims Court in Ontario.
The purpose of ODJA was, and is, to:
- provide training programs and other educational opportunities
- advocate on behalf of Deputy Judges to all levels of government in all matters, including working conditions and salaries
- provide forums for Deputy Judges to discuss and debate issues of mutual concern
Today, ODJA has more than 200 members. We represent all Deputy Judges in our advocacy efforts and provide quality education and communication forums for our members.
